Our chocolates are packed and
shipped using state-of-the-art temperature sensitive shipping materials
to ensure their safe delivery.
Pending a natural disaster, packages
should arrive in 2-3 days after shipping via Priority Shipping.
Undeliverable
Packages
Please review and check your shipping/delivery information.
Make sure it is correct and complete. We will not be responsible
for packages that are returned as undeliverable. We will not be held
responsible if your chocolates have melted due to excessive delivery
time.
Chocolate Serenade products may contain nuts or traces
of nuts, including, but not restricted to, peanut, hazelnut, almond,
pistachio, walnuts and/or pecans. They may also contain dairy, dairy
protein and/or gluten. Any person with allergies, intolerance or any
other medical conditions brought about by the consumption of any chocolate/candy
products that contain such ingredients are advised not to consume
Chocolate Serenade chocolates. Doing so is at your own risk.

HOW WE CREATE:
No warehouse. No large (or small) storage area
where all our pre-made chocolates are housed, waiting to be shipped.
So, here it is, we only make your chocolates AFTER you order them.
We work by hand beginning to end. We can feel the temperature
of the chocolate while holding the bowl. We feel the tension
through the tines of the whisk, stirring our ganache as it begins
to set. In short, we use the 5 senses.
Well, 4 senses
(you can’t really “hear” anything significant about chocolate).
Your chocolates will be shipped within 2 to 7 days after your order
is placed.
